Hi there everyone,

Well what a year. My body has been through the wringer with all the competing I have done. I am glad I am now in “Off Season” mode.

This year has been an amazing year. Winning the World Title in Canada was a dream come true. I could not have had better team mates. My family and I had a great holiday at the same time.

Retaining the Qld 052kg and Overall Titles was awesome.

Finally, retaining the Australian 052kg and Overall Titles was incredible.

I could not have done all this without help. I have so many people to thank.

ASN – I received this sponsorship deal when I got back from Canada. Matt Simon has been a huge help to me. The ASN team are the best, they know what they are talking about. The professionalism and friendliness has been a gift. I am very proud to be associated with them. THANKS HEAPS.

BEN MINOS – You have trained me so hard this year. The effort has been enormous. You did not listen to me whingeing, you just pushed and pushed. You have always been there for me. Thanks my friend.

JO ROGERS – You poor woman!! You have had to put up with me on a weekly basis all year. From boring to BLING!! You have changed my whole persona on stage. I have confidence because of all your encouragement and knowledge. It has been a pleasure and you are a true friend.

ANB – You guys are always a pleasure. It is the best feeling when I compete in your federation. Ron, Robert, Phil, Murray, Ryan, Lindy and Dallas, thanks for the year and thanks for the support.

THE BOYS – You know who you are.. There is a lot of sledging that goes on when we train together, but I would not have it any other way. You guys are a crack up. I love training each day with you all.

MY FAMILY – As I always say, I have the best husband. Chris is the most supportive person and my best friend. My daughter Savannah and Step Sons Daniel and Ben are a joy. I am very grateful to my family for putting with my competition preparation. It is not easy living with a bodybuilder, but they are troopers.

I could go on and on, but there is only so much I can say in one hit!!

A very big Thank you to everyone who supported Michelle at the ANB Australian Natural Physique Championships. Michelle Goodall placed 1st in the Women's over 52Kg B/B and was declared Women's Overall B/B Champion for 2008.
